SHR PVP based server

I am looking for a SHR PVP based server. Basically I want a server that has the mall that sells everything, if possible even the customs, and I want a server in which the range class and magic class have equal footing with the other classes espcially the sinxes, oh and if possible I can buy the stuff I need straight out of the box, no quest or stuff just straight PVP action, like you can start PVPing in around an hour of shopping for your stuff, oh if possible other skills can be given to other classes like triple attack to snipers or double casting to wizzies...

Summary:
-Mall that sells everything, if possible even the customs
-If possible has a very quick system of leveling up
-Range Classes and Magic Classes have equal footing to Melee classes
-Decent Customs
-Other skills are given to other classes example: triple attack to snipers, Double casting to wizzies
-Oh and 4 slots to everything except shields that have only 2 slots
-And if possible modded cards

I'll be waiting for suggestions
