Game mechanics and other gameplay exactly like official servers, it doesn't get any more balanced than that in my opinion. No customs except for a few things that don't impact the gameplay, and no donation rewards. No wipes, the admin has a long-term commitment to the server.

Oni Ragnarok Online started approximately 1-2 months ago. We about around 5-15 active players who love to PVP/PK

Hey there, I'm Yuufa the admin of xD! RO. We've just recently opened about a week ago and are attempting to build a good community currently we've got about 5 dedicated players and a few that come and go.

Rates are Fixed at 45x and MvP drops are at .3%
Max Level is 130 Trans. Max Job is 70 Trans.
Customs haven't been added in but they'll be adopting other items properties thus they won't be unbalancing the server in any way.
Donations will mainly be for custom collectible art and won't go about iRO item stats. Pretty much each month you can pay the first week of the month and you get a custom headgear at the end of the month this custom headgear will be done by a sprite artist who will be paid with the excess of money that is generated by this process.

WoE and PvP balance is the reason why so many people continue to come back to RO servers so I've put a lot of time into any changes I've done to the original RO server and I will personally continue to do such things before releasing them to the public.

A soon to be opened low rate server in less than two weeks. As you can see, the website is currently under construction. The staff team is rather dedicated to the point where there won't be any delays to the opening of IxionRO.
There will be no wipes and this factor will be stressed throughout the server so that everyone will understand... They mean srs business.

Jobs will be balanced.  We plan to leave classes untouched.  Any tweaks will only be made if the entire server were to be lit up as a flaming giant that asks for a Job balance.  Basically, the server is widely open for suggestions and a player's opinion matters most to us.

As for the Customs that the server has to offer, it will also be opinion based from only the players. Everything will be thoroughly researched upon and will have some sort of aspect to make it balanced.
