Right now my Vani is lvl 33 and I'm hoping to get 900+Matk.  Stats are
Atk: 135
Matk: 151
Hit: 81
Crit: 18
Def: 59
Mdef: 12
Flee: 63
Aspd:147

It isn't evolved yet, but I don't know if this is a good build for it.  Help please.
