Shield Chain Freeze

What is the best weapon to use when trying to freeze with shield chain?

Quad stormy would probably be the best? Most affordable is quad marina.

I'm not sure. As far as I know, by official behavior all weapon skills, including shield chain/boomerang, should carry status effects from cards. However, at eA it is kinda buggy I think.

Shield Chain does carry freeze, so does Shield boomerang and Shield Charge.

I was just wondering if it would be better to use a dagger for ASPD or get a spear for more damage. Even though the point is to just freeze, not do damage. I thought ASPD maybe for Shield Charge, since it ASPD based.

If you're aiming to freeze only, just shield boomerang with a quad marina dagger. Keep distance and boom your opponent, soullink makes it never miss so.. shield boom > shield chain for freezing?

Also, the only difference in ASPD is spears <> daggers/blades as crusaders/paladins have the same base aspd for daggers and blades.
