Really depends on exactly what you'd like done.

Patcher Skins are really easy to make once the website design is complete (seamless design = everything revolves around the same theme). I typically just include it in for free with the website design.

The website design I typically charge $50.00 for, however that would include:
 - Main website design.
 - Template files created for each section of your website. ("Empty" pages where all you have to do is add in the text/any additional coding you'd like displayed.)
 - Patcher Skin (Jikari Cube preferrably) included to match the website design.
 - Advertisement banners which can be used to promote your website.

For seamless integration for your website to also have a working copy of Flux CP, a few requirements must be met:
 - Your web host must support php4/php5.
 - Your game server must be SQL version and not TXT based.
 - You must be able to remotely connect to your game database (Again, SQL) via your web host.

If you can install Flux CP to your web host and get it working then I'd be able to get it all worked out. I typically charge $10 - $20 for site integrations. For your server's security purposes, I will NOT install Flux CP for clients, as you will need to configure the files accordingly, and I'd rather not have access to such things.

Forum designs can be tricky. I currently only provide designs for SMF "Simple Machines Forum" technology. However, if you decide that you would like an SMF forum, version 1.1.9 is the only version of the software I will design for. Very particular, but this is because I have specially coded scripts that will allow you to display the news posted on your forum, on your website, provided your web host supports PHP.

Please also note, all of my coding requires PHP support from your web host. If you're using a free web host, many of the things I would script for you would not function properly. As such, if you want a dynamic website that's easily accessible to your users, great, I'm perfectly capable of such a task.

Alrighty, just for comparison purposes, I will wait for one more to post in this thread to compare prices, background, and previous works and customer satisfaction. Always want the best bang for my buck =P. Plus I'm sure we can all agree that the best suited should always get the job.

Having worked with both of them before, I'd recommend Renn (http://renn-designs.net) over JiGs (http://rogfx.com) in terms of design. If you're on a very tight budget however, you should look for JiGs, since Epoque withdrew his web services.
