So I have tried many servers both high and low rate. I have come to realize what im looking for is a server where people actually talk to each other and actually party together for xp. Im looking for a server and sorry if this sounds confusing. but a server where you can solo and get decent xp but better if you pt also partying kinda early maybe after 2nd job change or so. oh also english speaking thankyou

Try KippyRO. The community is quite nice where the current players try their best to help out newcomers. The forums are active with members welcoming each other and starting new conversations in topics. Though, we're still quite small but the smaller a server is, the easier it is to get to know people if you join early!

Hi, We're only opening in a few weeks, but if you enjoy partying. it must be a Low rate.
but sadly, gravity screwed a few things with mobs such as Anubis who destroy parties.

Now for the main element you've mentioned, at vRO, Party Exp rewards were enhanced, therefor it is actually EXPCRATIF (lol) to party around here, especially from 70 to 85(odin) & 95 to 99(higher level dungeons).

Its a mid rate and its very party oriented.
Its also a new server, but theres usually 100-150 online, so lots of people to party with.
Also, party gap is 20 instead of 10, and there are extra exp bonus for big parties.

It's a low rate of 5/5/3, with 2x exp for quests and a bonus % of exp for partying (in share) for each additional party member.

The @main is always very lively, we have a population average of 330 players and since we have very active GMs the server is also very eventful.

In addition to the things mentioned above, we have many features that set us apart from other RO servers, such as Fishing, Mining, a Bulletin Board where you can add item-gathering-missions for other players (or complete other player's missions), an Orphanage (for baby classes that have no one to adopt them), the Hatter NPC, Styla Dyess the Stylist with 80+ custom hairstyles/colours. Lastly we have the Light VS Dark Allegiance system, you can join either side and earn Allegiance Points by completing special quests or participating in Light/Dark events!
