-one wit free skill and stat reset at least in the beginning
-friendlier staff tat doesnt put everyone on ignore
-mid~high rates
-resetable SG maps

You might want to specify what "nice rates" are. (ie. mid, low, high rates?)  It'll help you find your ideal server easier.

You have enough money for the stat reset when you join the server and you can get enough money for another reset by the time you need it again. Our server is very friendly along with the staff. In which myself and my co-admin can be found everyday on the server and we both always check on the forums. Also, I'm always on IRC. Many ways to contact staff. (Forums, in-game, Support Ticket System in-game, @mail, IRC, Ventrillo, and e-mail)

Our rates are 400x/400x/75x.
Balanced server. We do not depend on donations. Customs can be found through quest, voting, and monster drops.

Randgris server is just a starting server and it has a nice features here you can play the 3rd class and the new interface. and it was official like server more on renewal system. rates are 3k/3k/30% max level 99/70 for trans and for the 3rd class 150/70 or 150/50 it depends on your job example if hunter to ranger- 150/50 or Sniper to ranger 150/70. ^^ for more details you can visit our site and look for the server info.

Population:
- We usually have around 35 players online and 50+ during WoE.
GMs & Community:
- Both are very active, friendly and helpful.
- I try to make sure a GM is online every so often.
- If a GM does put you on ignore, please report it to me. Id appreciate it.
Customs:
- All donation headgear can be obtained via Vote4Points although a little less buffed.
- There are a variety of ways to get gears. RoK System, Events/Minigames, Vote4Points/Donations, Quests, Mall and Custom Mobs~
- We also have a custom Hero System with a Custom Storyline to go with it.
- Lighthalzen Dungeon 04 is also implemented.
- SGs can use @feelreset as well as PM npc:HatredReset
