Looking for WoE based server.

Looking for a server that has a very competitive WoE.  Something like 100 people in a castle or so.



Somethings that are a must are:

Max stat cap is 99.
Max level cap is 99/70 for trans and 99/50 for non-trans.

No over powered customs.
No annoying wings, small ones are ok.
WoE time should be sometime between 3pm to 9pm Central Time on weekdays and 1pm to 12pm on weekends.
Rates can be whatever, as long as I can get to top tier in the server fast.
English as the main language.


I just want to WoE and have some fun.
