A Little Help Please

kinds new here.. just tried this test server out..
so i did everything in he guide.. i downloaded the client from the links you posted..
and pasted it to my RO folder..(i dont know if it matters but i have a RAGRAY installer, its what i use to play in the server im playing on)
thats where i pasted the clients..
and edited the sclientinfo.xml
then when i tried it... i see the "RMS Test Server" in the primary server list
and when i try to log-in/Register using _F/_M
it gives the error message "Failed Connect to Server" all the time..
and ive also tried the usernames that some of you posted on the forums..
still wont work.. and i tried to ping the IP address of the server and yes it does give me a response...
any solutions please???
