Looking for a server.

So my friend and I decided that we wanted to play RO again. The problem now is finding a suitable server. I scoured through a bunch of servers and I found little to my liking.

Requirements for the servers are:

EXP rates: 800~5000; not any lower or higher
Job rates: whatever, we don't really care.
Drop Rates: Cards must be lower than 10% please and MVP cards below 1%
Commands: @warp, @go is preferable. But if you have a warper that can warp you to any field that's fine too.

Also, no overpowering donation items. I don't want to see $5 = Maya Purple Card!!! It's best if there is NO donations.

WOE TIME: okay, so this is probably the most important aspect. It'll be good if you can have two different WOE times. Both for the US and Asian regions.

Max level is 99/70, rates are 1k/1k/100 and mvp cards are 0.1%
We have @go and a warper to any field/dungeon level, The server has no donation items at all.

The average population has been hitting 90+ each woe lately, and the server simply owns

WoE times are on the CP, im not exactly sure what the server time is set to, but i know that 1 of the WoE's is mainly for people in the US, no idea about the other.
