max lvl 254 job 120 max sta 200... anyone can help me wif tis??

You don't need the +200 soft mdef though, just ~95 hard mdef will suffice.

+10 frigg - +10 mdef
+10 valk shield[1] +5+5+10+10 mdef
odin's blessings[1]
+5 High quality sandals[1](limits you to a few classes, use high heels if you can't wear HQ's) + Megalith card - 10+5 mdef
+5 Wool scarf[1] + Kapha card - 4+8 mdef
Slotted middle headgear (sunnies[1], glasses[1]) + gibbet - +5 mdef
Medal of honor/Rosary[0] - either +5 or +6 mdef * 2 (so 10 or 12 mdef)  depending on whether you have medal of honors or rosaries.

total of 79 mdef with rosary, 81 with honors.
