Looking for friendly community server

Greetings and good evening.

I have been playing Ragnarok Online for no more than 6 months and other private servers less than a year. I am still looking for another server that offer and meet this No.1 requirements. Stay out of this if your server does not meet these no. 1 requirements.

NUMBER ONE REQUIREMENTS
A. Server Gameplay

- Server rates: small - mid rates (1)
- Maximum Base Level and Job Level respectively: Base Level 99 - 150 Job Level 50 - 70 (1)
- Transcended Class i.e. Gunslinger, Assassin Cross (1)
- Latest Episodes 13+ (1)
- No Wings or custom items (2)
- No third class sprites - I have seen one server using third class sprites on trans class (1)
- Location: USA or Europe (1)
- Communities: wide balance - no dominator (2)
- GM/ Communities Languages: English (3)
- Ratio Availability and Maintenance: 2:1 (1)
- Stability: few lags (1)

B. Features

- Basic @commands (1) ; optional if there is @warp command (1)
- Free Healer NPC, Warp NPC, Job Changer**) (1); Better if there is no Job Changer (1)
- All Latest Maps i.e. Moscovia, Manuk, Splendide (1)
- All Quests Available i.e. Sakjul NPC (sorry for misspelled names) for Feather Beret Quest (2)
- No OVERPOWERED donations; (donation means to be voluntary not compulsory) (5)

C. Websites and Forums

- Provides BOTH Full Installer and Lite Installer Client. (2)
- Forum communities MUST speak English Other languages should be in another threads if possible (1)
- Forums MUST NOT swear and/or insult (1). No VULGARISM is a bonus (1)
- Simple and easy to follow guides (1)

OPTIONAL - Bonus

- Custom Prontera and/or other cities (1)
- Buffer NPC[/b] i.e. Agi, etc. (1)
- Newbies WoE and Advanced WoE (1)
- Balanced PvP: Donators should be separated (if possible) with non-donators. (2)

Hi kilgorian! I have a nice server for you! We're opening on November 28th at 10:00EST; we've advertised two days already and we've already acquired 30 forum members!

1) Server Rates: 85/85/25; MVP/Mini-Boss Cards: 10x; Healing Items: 15x

2) Our server is international; however, Splendide is intended to be English, and all forum members seem to speak English

3) Max Level: 99/70

4) Max ASPD: 190; Max Stat: 99

5) Population: We still have 9 days of advertising left and we currently have 30 forum members; I'm assuming we'll have over 30 at launch (if this continues).

6) Location: U.S.A.

7) Episodes: We're updated to the latest episode

Pets: We have them all

9) Donations: No OCAs; no EDP/AD; no Convex Mirror - Donations are currently not available (we're not open yet) but we'll discuss things that may be considered "overpowered" with the community. It'll most likely be official hats and some other things.

10) Balanced PvP/WoE: We haven't touched any skills so it should be all right

11) Job Quest: We have a Job Changer; MVP Arena: No; Mini-Boss Arena: No; Transcendant Classes: Yes

12) No Wipe Ever: We're balanced and professional; why would we wipe xD?

13) Friendly Website & Forums: Our website is a bit simple; we're working on it The forums are active as heck and you should fit right in!

14) F/L Installers: Both should be available at launch; if not, I assume only the Lite will be.

Optional

15) iRO Copy: Other than a few NPCs, a few events, and a couple of hats (NEVER wings), we are similar to iRO.

16) Party Guilds: We currently have three Guilds on our forums; we offer a Guild Forum on AriaRO Forums for Guilds who do WoE specifically (password protected). I'm assuming that at least one of 'em will be fine partying with you.

Hmm, you are a tough critic. 

LuminaRO is not an exact match, i will say that up front. 

We have;
200 person population, 1/5 vendors
50/50/25 rates base/job 99/50 99/70
Max ASPD 192, Insta cast 150 dex
to the best of my knowledge, we have all pets, in addition to custom pet taming items. 
wings, they take days of gameplay to get and give at most +2 to all stats
several custom hats, as well as quests for many gravity special edition hats.

We are updated through ash vacuum

We do not have
custom donates at all, But we do have donate items, boxes of Ygg berries and Poison bottles for example. Most are available through the event rewards NPC as well.
Job Quests (we do have platinum skill quests enabled), MVP arena, Mini Boss arena

We have added a few drops to a few mobs, some custom DEF 4 hats with no other abilities.  Our forums can get a little rough sometimes, i am one off the Mods and i take great care to remove any offensive content, but i can't say it does not happen, i know better.

We had lag problems, but recently moved to a server in the midwestern united states and resolved most of those.  We have just installed Gameguard to prevent Botting and hacking, and so far no botters have been seen since we did this.  We have over 15 staff member for nearly 24/7 in and out of game support.

We are not perfect, after all we are doing this mostly for free.  I think our community could benefit from someone like you, and would like to have you consider us if you would  be so kind.

Greetings, heRO seems nearly a perfect match for what you're asking ^_^

1. Server rates: 5/5/3 + 2x for quest at present and +5% exp per party member in share.

2. Languages: English is undoubtedly the main language. All GM speak English of course, but it's also part of the rules that any player should be able to communicate in basic English to be able to follow rules and comply with bot checks, the @main is also English only.

3. Maximum Level/ Job Level: 99/70 for trans, the usual.

4. Stats Distribution: Max 99 all stats and max ASPD of 190.

5. Population range: we have a very friendly community, and although I will agree that oftentimes larger community lack friendlyness I can assure you that it's not the case, we have 300+ players online and it's composed of a majority of nice individuals, the server is lively and the atmosphere is great. (the population mentioned includes about 100 vends)

6. Server geographical location: North America, hosted in a professional facility on a high speed line.

7. Episodes: We have a lot of the 13+ episode features, albeit not all, we're working hard to implement them in a timely manner. We have our own version of the Infinity Tower as well as our own revision of the new world to be more accessible to players, Manuk/Splendide/Brasilis town have been added, but are currently used in events only.

8. All sets of Pets: We have a lot of pets, including all iRO ones, some kRO ones were released for Halloween and a few custom for the look.

9. No OVERPOWERED donations - balanced between non-donators or donators.
We have at heart to preserve this balance, which is why we only offer chance items for donations, such as OBB and OPB, all of which are available in game to any players willing to work a bit. The best proof that the balance is kept is that most players who would be considered top-tier are not donator, donating to heRO will not make anyone godly, at best a bit of zeny can be generated from the rewards, but there are countless other ways to get rich in the game.

a) No weird wings - AVOID this if your server has!, weird weapons (custom weapons welcomes if it is quest for everybody).
We do have wings but they are not related to donations whatsoever, they are either quest or from a special monthly event called the Trials of Heroes. The wings are definitely for everybody. We don't currently have any custom weapon.

10. Balanced PvP - Fairly balanced I'd say, at least as much as Gravity balanced it, there's a lot of every class.

11. Balanced WoE - There are 3 castle open, 2 regular and 1 retro (pre-trans classes only), we like to try and keep a good competition. WoE chest rewards have been enhanced to try to promote it further.

12. This is a MUST Quests: Job Quest are present, we have no job changer nor platinum skill giver. We don't have any MVP arenas, however we have public and private DB rooms and Bloody Branch are often given as rewards in event and some custom quests.

13. No wipe ever - the server has been open for 4+ years now, we promised to never wipe and have kept our promise and will keep it in the future too, we never had any rollback either.

14. Friendly website and forums - I'm not sure how much a website can be friendly, but I'll you be the judge: http://www.hero-server.net/
Forums are active, lively and generally nice, there is the occasional debate but it's very tame compared to other servers.

15. Lastly but not least: always available except maintenance, any maintenance is announced ahead, we're professional when it comes to that sort of thing, you don't have to worry on availability.

a) server should provide: Full Installer and/or Lite Installer - of course, we offer both. We also have alternate clients that you can download with different @main colours and a no-death-window client too (less chance of misclick when you die, pres ESC manually to bring up the window).

1. should be exactly the same as iRO (monster, drops, and maps) we are a custom server, but in terms of monsters drops and maps we have retained the original RO, we however have added some maps of our own, as well as a few custom monsters. We also have numerous custom quests, special events, a stylist with lots of colors and hairstyles, etc.

2. need party or guild that help some newbies - we do have one guild whose purpose it is stated to be to help newcomers (Bamboo Squad), you can also seek any help needed from players on @main, specially if it's for questions or advice.

I can really assure you we have a nice community but it's best if you be the judge, I hope you give our server a try ^_^

lol I tallied up aROs to your requirements; we got 29/40 with a few we can't rate yet (Stability & Lag).

Not bad Donators and Normal Players won't be separated from PvP because you can't donate for anything that's uber-awesome anyway >I have the potential donation list on hand and it's pretty darn good<

Operating since- 2005
Server episode- 13.1 1/2 (not completely at 2 yet, not going to use the custom 13.2 files due to them being inaccurate, waiting for l0ne_w0lf to finish converting AEGIS files) (plus custom episodes that tie into the official episodes).
Rates- 20/20/20 (15 for MvPs & 10 for Treasures).
Max Level- 200/120 (Gives players a challenge but it's not impossible, its fun)
Community- EXTREMELY friendly and EXTREMELY helpful! (Most likely will be greeted with party and guild invites when you join).
Stability- That all depends on how close you live to Chicago and how good your connection is. (Lag is made by your computer/network, not ours, we're on a 100mbit port).
Availability- 24/7 (down only about 4 hours a week for maintenance to update databases and scripts (usually before other servers get the new stuff due to server being operated by Kisuka. ex- we had moscovia, jRO items, and many other RO features before anyone).
Website- Provides a database/world map, contact us page, game guide, contact us form, full and lite installer, forums, chat room, and much more. (almost an exact mirror of iRO's site only better).
