Hello, my ingame name in most servers is Gallion, some of you might know me from alot of servers. Today i am here to review a Mid-Rate server named MessRO. Hope you have the time to read through my review, and also reply with feedback. Thanks! ^_^

The server is extremely stable, and rarely goes down, unless Meep was putting in something.
The Beginning" I was actually one of the very first players on this server. Actually, i think i was the first. Anyways, when the server first launched on RMS, it had a few problems and couldnt be downloaded for a few days, so i waited a bit. Eventually it was ready to download and all, and once i got the download finished, it was good sailing from there.
When i first logged on, there were not alot of players online *Do keep in mind the servers brand new* I Quickly typed @who to see the population , and to see who i can make friends with off the bat. I saw 3 players online. Me, GM Meep, and a girl named Messy.*Who is also GM Meep*
The reason im explaining the beginning, is to give you *the reader* a better understanding to what im about to write.
After i met both of them, they both seemed really nice and down to earth. Eventaully i made my wizard in the server and before you know it i was a lvl 80 high wizard *max lvl is 130/120* and, lvling got a bit slower. At the time Messy was a lvl 27 thief still just sitting in prontera. One time i came back to prontera, and messy was turning into a rogue. I didnt think much of the lvling speed cuz, hey its 35x rates atm. Then messy msged me saying "leech me please" I replied i couldnt, because our lvl range is way too far, *by 30 lvls* so, like 5 minutes later the lvl range was changed to 30 lvls, and i leeched her for like 5 minutes to lvl 70. I decided to take a break, and sit in pront, and when i come back shes 99 already. I was like "ok.. thats weird" but didnt say much about it. I already figured messy=GM Meep, but she kept telling me she wasnt.
I went to lvl, and when i came back, Meep was spawning monsters for messy in pront. Soon, she was a high thief, then got lvled by meep to stalker. I believe like 10 minutes later she was already 130/120. *Meep lvled her up*, and at the time i was the only player on the server, so meep lvled me to 130/120, as well. *which i told the other players about earlier today* So, meep was already handing out lvls in her new server. :/
Server Website: Actually, a really good, professional looking website. Very attractive to new players with a well working CP.
GM Meep in general: Hm, hard to explain. He always PMed me every 5 minutes telling me "WE NEED MORE PLAYERS" and stuff, and would come PM my gf the same thing.
Sometimes, she'd get bored in town and spawn alot of monsters *sometimes mvps* and kill them, with there drops on the floor.
This is only one screenie i could find for the summons, but recently she did a mvp/miniboss summon, and let every get the drops. *TON of rare mvp drops* I even got some of the morph bracelets, and some equipment.
When the server grew: Eventually i made the first guild in the server, and started a guild with alot of the new players in it. We still didnt have alot of players online, but enough to have a nice guild. Things i looked out for when the server grew, were alot of items handed out by the GM. I was speaking to a rival guildmember once, and he told me how a GM gave him flying wings, but he always kept it in storage, so others wouldnt see.
Well, i could go on and on explaining what the server is about, but let me cut to the chase.
A few things happened in messro, and i feel as if i should address the public about it.
As i was lvling one day, i remember seeing a new monk. She was fairly new to ragnarok overall, so i helped her a bit in stats/skills. I say she was around lvl 70-75, then i noticed her doing insta cast. I was kinda weirded out, because my lvl 95 champion didnt even have it yet. I went to town, and saw GM Meep, doing some GM Buffs to a few players for lvling. He buffed me, but i used @die, Because i didnt approve of it.
Also, sometimes in pront, GM Meep will summon TONS of monsters for like 5 seconds , and kill them. I can not stress how many times my vender has died because her summoning in town.

Heres something thats pretty funny. Alot of new players always ask if botting is permitted in MessRO. Wonder why?
If you cant see the text on bottom, its pretty much me doing a @who command, and about 5-7 of the characters are in a party name "Botting Party"
GM Meep, uses OpenKore, and pretty much has bots run around on her server and kill things, to make the server look full. Sometimes youll see one of them get a card, *they announce when someone finds a card to everyone*
Someone once asked, "Is botting allowed here?" and she said "Yes it is", once i heard that, i told the guy who asked, "until i screenie it." and then meep said "yeah, but if you get reported your a gonner." Goes to show, how strict he is on botting.

How it ended: I always told GM Meep, that eventually ill review the server on the RMS forums. I also told her that i'll be extremely honest with it. He told me he was nervous and stressed after that. Because, of what i saw and what has happened to me on the server. I generally felt like i shouldnt, because it looked as if he was pulling the server together. But, earlier, i really felt this was something i had to do.
Earlier, he muted my wizard in town so where i couldnt use skills and talk, because i was showing a wizard about ice wall, and how it worked good. *kinda funny cuz he can spawn mvps in pront but i cant cast a ice wall*I Messaged GM Meep, telling him that these dumb things hes doing to me and other players "Like blocking randomly, killing afkers in pront, handing out random items" are getting old, and that if it keeps it up, ill have to post about it in the forums. So.. of course, i was banned, my gf was, banned as well.
Also was blocked on another account, for messaging meep, talking about the review. I soon saw that meep disbanded my guild i made, and permantly deleted me from the server. This is very dissapointing, and such a childish move.
Anyways, soon i went to the website to check the CP *like all my missing characters, my missing guild* and i went on the MessRO Forum. I messaged a few buddies of mine who i enjoyed playing with, telling them what EXACTLY happened. I look in the index and theres a Ban/Unban section. Theres not even a section to put my name in, because i was banned for a lame reason.
With that said, GM Meep banned me from the server *IP* and I cannot access the website, OR the forums. This is kind of upsetting, because Meep can just tell them, that i left and what not. But , the truth is, im completely blocked out of that community, with no way to talk to my buddies. So, i wrote this review, with some ups to the server, and of course, the major downside of this stable server.
Overall, this server isnt a good server for you new players out there. For many reasons, as i stated in previous paragraphs.
To break it down, its just a stable, lag free server with a very immature GM. Hope you enjoyed my review, and thanks for taking the time to read my feedback on MessRO.

Didnt screenie this in time, after he ressed the map, but my vendning creator being killed by a summoned baphomet, *like the 5th time he died too* ._.

Ok, i'm back, and i also have some more screenshots with me since im using my other computer *forgot i took screens here too*
This is the mvp/miniboss summoning she does when shes bored, and if you look closely you can even see alot of OCA's hidden through there.
Also, no after cast delay = Wiz ownage. I read that the cast delay was raised to .4 but, not much.
So, once again, the server may be stable and lag free, but if the admin himself is being like this, this is NO server for anyone.
P.S. Sorry if i confused you about saying GM Meep as both "He" and "she" Its just, that Meep has a girl character, but really is a guy, so its confusing.
